1. Welcome to AllerFood

AllerFood helps you decide what to eat by suggesting real dishes at nearby restaurants based on your preferences and allergies. By using AllerFood, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

2. Accounts

You need an account to use most features. You must be at least 13 years old. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials secure and for all activity under your account.

3. Food allergies and safety

AllerFood filters suggestions based on the allergies and restrictions you tell us about, but we cannot guarantee that any restaurant dish is free of an allergen. Always tell your server about your allergies and confirm ingredients directly with the restaurant before ordering. AllerFood is a suggestion tool, not medical or dietary advice.

4. Photos, reviews, and points

You can earn points by uploading photos and writing reviews of dishes. Content you submit must be your own, accurate, and not offensive or illegal. We may remove content that violates these rules or that we cannot verify. Points have no cash value and may be adjusted if we detect abuse.

5. Acceptable use

Don't use AllerFood to harass others, upload false information, manipulate points, scrape data, or interfere with the service. We may suspend or delete accounts that break these rules.

6. Termination

You can stop using AllerFood at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms or if we need to protect the service or other users.

7. Disclaimers

AllerFood is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Restaurant hours, menus, prices, and availability change frequently. We do our best to show accurate information, but always confirm details with the restaurant.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We'll post the updated terms with a new "last updated" date. Continued use of AllerFood after changes means you accept the updated terms.
